Inspired by a graphic I randomly came across on Pinterest.

What's Kaizen?

It’s a Japanese business philosophy, which means "change for the better" or "continuous improvement.".

The idea is to improve productivity using a step-by-step, methodical process.

It covers the whole business, it's far-reaching and all encompassing. Its goal is to improve everything - who doesn't want that, right?!

The process requires steady and incremental improvements across a period of time, these improvements come from all levels of the business.

As an article on @investopedia describes it:
"The idea is that everyone has a stake in the company's success and everyone should strive, at all times, to help make the business model better."

I am definitely going to be reading more about this concept - I hope these notes inspire you to do the same.
