Are you struggling to stay productive?

Feeling like your not being productive can really effect your mood - it can conjure feelings of guilt and self loathing.

There are some great tips and tricks in here, especially for the many of us currently working from home because of the Corona Virus lockdown.

Productivity isn't some ethereal, unreachable thing.
It's something you work at, it requires daily effort to keep in check.
