B.R.A.V.I.N.G - The Anatomy of Trust

Inspired by a infographic I came across on Pinterest inspired by @brenebrown.

Struggling with trust in your life?

Before you can understand something, you must first break it down and figure out how it works.

Now thanks to Brené Brown we have a framework to break down the anatomy and figure out what makes trust tic!

If you don't know who Brené Brown is, you must be living under a rock - but you should stop what you're doing right now, and go check out her Podcast and website right now!

If you love reading and learning about the topics of; courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy. Brené is the person for you.

I think we've all have struggled with trust in the relationships in our lives, at work, or at home.
Now using this framework we can better understand the problems and take steps in the right direction to build trust again.

This also works externally and internally - trusting yourself. You can use this anatomy to reframe your thoughts in a way that will help you grow.

In her talk on the subject, Brené quotes, Maya Angelou:
“I don't trust people who don't love themselves, but say I love you.”

The first step to build trust is to be someone worthy of trust, if you believe it, and act it, you'll have it.

I hope these nudenotes help you build more trusting relationships with yourself and others.

Let me know in the comment which of Brené's B.R.A.V.I.N.G points you need to work on the most.
