Do You Use Your Brain to Make Decisions

Inspired by a random Pinterest post I came across created by Unknown.

Do you use your BRAIN to make decisions?

We make decisions all day, every day, but sometimes decisions are tough.
Sometimes the pressure can be overwhelming.

Making a good decision may take time, no matter the pressure or time constraints.
A decision, made after careful consideration, can often be more successful than one made off the cuff.

But you can dramatically reduce the time needed to do something if you have a process.
A framework designed to compress and organise the information, so you can decide faster.

In these nudenotes I'm sharing a framework that can help with this, I came across this as a random graphic on Pinterest - it's called B.R.A.I.N:

B - Benefits, what are they?
R - Risks, are there any?
A - Alternatives, any other routes to get a result?
I - Intuition, what does your gut say?
N - Nothing, What if I don't do anything?

I've found this framework super helpful to help make the right decision and not just the quickest one, even in a short amount of time.

What frameworks do you use for making decisions?
