Getting to Yes

Inspired by an infographic created by World Branding, which was based on a legendary book by by Roger Fisher and William Ury, called Getting to Yes: Negotiating Agreement Without Giving.

What does it take to get a Yes?

I defiantly recommend this book for anyone interested in learning the art of negotiation, first released in the 80s many of it's guiding principles are still relevant today!

Don't panic, I've got you covered with this handy spread of notes highlighting. You'll probably recognise many of these points, saying "I already knew that."

But remember, bad habits are easy to form and hard to break - so hopefully these pointers will help keep these top of mind, when you're next in the dark depth of negotiation.
