Well, thanks to these nudenotes we now have the answers.

I love transforming IG carousels into nudenotes - it's a great way to digest the information beyond a quick read and a like!

Coming up with cool icons and doodles to enhance the knowledge and lessons in my own tone of voice. Which means I retain more of the information I come across on Instagram, and also I have a handy record in my journals to reference if I do forget.

Plus, doing something creative beyond the usual screen time is always a bonus, especially if there is a nice cup of tea and good music in the background.
