Of course not - but it can creep on on you without you knowing.

Even more so now in the current climate of Covid Lockdown and more of us working from home. It's increasing difficult to separate home from work, this is kindling for burnout.

Burnout is avoidable but only if you recognise its origins, in order to prescribe a solution or a different behaviour, we must first correctly diagnose the problem.
